When you are in the store:
When you are in the store making a purchase, we will ask you for your name and zip code, and, if you choose to give it to us, your e-mail. Our computer system will then be able to track your purchases if you give us your name with each purchase you make. We do this to be able to pull up your history when you come in the store to help you in product selection.
When you choose to receive e-mail from us:
If you give us your e-mail, you may from time to time, receive e-mailed information about our products, promotions, and services. We will NEVER give your name, e-mail or any personal information you my trust us with to ANYONE for ANY REASON. We do NOT send SPAM and we respect your right to privacy. If for some reason you do NOT want to continue to receive e-mail from us you may do so at any time.
To remove your name from our e-mail list, please click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any promotional e-mail or call the store at 818-986-8686 and ask to be removed from future mailings.
When you click on a link in our e-mail communications:
In order to create a better electronic community, we may collect specific user profile information, such as the referring URL. This information is used to identify broad demographic trends that may allow us to provide you with information tailored to your interests. You will not be personally identified from this information nor will any marketing be directed at you individually. We simply want to know what seems to be of interest in our news and information and what is not. We want our communications to be of value to you and your fitness programs.
When you leave our site:
We have no control over the privacy practices of sites outside our domain. If you follow a link to another Web site, read the site's privacy policy and contact the site's administrator with your privacy-related questions.
